Special Containers Introduction:
There are various special container types, include Open Top Container, Flat Rack Container, Reefer Container, Hanging Garment Container and Tank Container.

Special Cargo Services:
We can handle all kinds of Out of Gauge (OOG) shipments, and also cargoes requiring stable temperature. We also have remarkable advantages in Open Top container, Flat Rack Container and Reefer Container. We also provide value added services like documentation, and loading inspection. In such way, we provide one-stop logistics service to our customers.

Booking process
Based on the special nature of project cargo, shipper must send us the confirmed Booking Note 7 to 14 days before ETD. The Booking Note must states commodity name in both Chinese and English, container type, the accurate cargo measurement and other related transportation requirement. For Reefer Container, it must also states temperature requirement, ventilation condition and humidity.
Container Confirmation and Inspection
After receiving the Booking Note, the carrier will pre-allocate suitable container to the cargo based on their calculation according to the measurement details and packing list. For Reefer Container, the carrier will also inspect all container conditions to ensure it is clean and capable to maintain the required temperature.
Documents for Customs Clearance
Shipper is required to provide us the full set of Custom Clearance Documents, including: Verification Sheet, Invoice, Packing List (with detailed commodities name & measurement), the declaration order and bill of clearance.
Container Loading and Port Entry
OOG cargo requires field loading inspection, colligation, and reinforcement, and also taking pictures for evidence. For Reefer Container, shipper could either deliver the shipment to the designated warehouse by themselves or ask us to pick up the cargo from factory and deliver to Port of Loading.
Customs Clearance:
We will confirm the container number, vehicle capacity, packing list and prepare full set of documents, then start the clearance process. After the Customhouse confirmed their approval, the cargo can obtain green pass for export.
B/L Confirmation:
We will edit the B/L based on the Booking Note and confirm the contents with shipper to ensure its accuracy and reality.
Payment:
We will confirm debit note with shipper and collect the payment accordingly.
Declaration form and B/L return
The Bill of Clearance will be returned to shipper in about 30 days after the B/L date for drawback or verification.
