COSCO will Implement PSS for South America
- Europe&Mediterraneans: Rates are stable and the export volume is still weak.
- North America: There's nothing important changed.
- Red Sea: The rates are going to be increased. And there's still short of space.
- Oceania: The export volume increase is pushing up the rates.
- Africa: BAF has been increased much. Carriers are waiting for competitors action. It's necessary to confirm rates case by case.
- Middle&South America: COSCO will increase PSS again by USD100/150 per 20'/40' after Aug. 19.
