ANL sets special rules for cargo to Iran

- Rates to Europe decrease with plenty of spaces;

- ANL sets special rules for cargo to Iran: detailed shipper/cnee/commodity information must be provided while space booking;  shipper must be company title;  carrier doesn't accept SOC, and doesn't accept changes of POD while container loaded onto vessel;

- Rates to Middle East remain the same as last week with plenty of spaces;

- Rates to Mid/South America fluctuated frequently.
