DIFFERENT SITUATION ON DIFFERENT AREA

1. The rates for North America are stable.
2. Europe and Mediterraneans: the ocean freight rates haven‘t changed obviously. But BAF will be adjusted to USD456/912(Mediterraneans), USD465/930(Europe), and CAF will be adjusted to 15%. Moreover, SCTS (USD9/TEU) is applied since Apr. 1.
3. Oceania: no much change on rates.
4. South East Asia: rates are increased by about USD10/TEU.
5. Caribbean Sea and Latin America: some carriers applied GRI, but some don‘t. It depends on different carriers.
6. Middle East and ISC area: rates are turning up together with the increase of export volume.
7. Africa: rates were increased a lot.
