CARGO FOR AFRICA IS INCREASING

Apr 16,2008 by JC LOGISTICS

  • The rates for African ports are going up due to the increasing export volume and heavy congestion at destinations.
  • The rates for Korea were increased a little.
  • Most of the carriers only accept cargo below 18 tons for South East Asia. Only a little carriers like WANHAI, ZIM and EMC can accept cargo above 18 tons.
  • Rates for Mediterraneans haven't been increased because there is seldom export cargo to there now.
  • Rates for Middle East and India were reduced a little.
