Rates are Going Up

  1. BAF for Oceania will be increased by USD25/TEU from Apr. 18.
  2. CSCL stopped accepting cargo to Surabaya and Hochiminh because of the heavy congestion at destinations.
  3. MSC began to collect OWS of USD350/20' for any cargo exceeds 14 tons per 20' container. And they won't accept cargo exceeds 23 tons per 20'.
  4. KMTC began to collect Document fee of RMB100/bill for all lines except for Japan and Korea since Apr. 5.
  5. It's said that Tianjin port won't accept dangerous cargo from May 1.
  6. Tianjin Customs are implementing very high inspection ratio for export cargo. Sometimes the Customs and CIQ work 24 hours a day to inspect the cargo.
